First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding blood flow restriction to low-weight arm exercises helps cricket fast bowlers build more strength, arm size, and power. Twenty-four bowlers aged 18 to 30 took part. Researchers measured arm size, how much weight they could lift once, and how far they could throw a medicine ball. The goal was to see if this training method works better than standard exercises.
