First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at two different types of arm exercises in 14 children aged 5–12 with unilateral spastic cerebral palsy. One group did bilateral strengthening exercises based on PNF patterns, and the other did plyometric exercises. The goal was to see which approach better improved muscle thickness, range of motion, strength, and daily function. Results may help therapists choose the most effective exercise program for these children.
