New therapy techniques battle 'Tech Neck' and poor posture

NCT ID NCT06907459

Summary

This study compared two different hands-on physical therapy techniques for adults with Upper Cross Syndrome, a common posture problem often called 'tech neck' or 'desk posture.' Researchers worked with 90 participants aged 18-40 to see whether releasing deep facial lines or using specialized myofascial release tools worked better. The goal was to reduce neck pain and disability, improve posture, and increase movement in the neck and chest.
