First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looked at 90 adults with upper cross syndrome (rounded shoulders and forward head posture) to see which therapy works better: releasing the deep front facial line or using a special tool for muscle release. Both methods aim to reduce neck pain and disability. Participants were treated and their neck function and pain levels were measured.
