First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compares two exercise approaches—Global Postural Re-education and NASM-based corrective exercises—for people with upper cross syndrome (rounded shoulders, forward head, and neck pain). 46 adults aged 20-45 will receive treatment three times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, disability, muscle endurance, and head posture to see which method works better.
