First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study compares two types of exercise programs—Global Postural Re-education and NASM-based corrective exercises—for people with upper cross syndrome (poor posture causing neck and upper back pain). Researchers want to see which program better reduces pain, disability, and improves muscle endurance and head posture. 46 adults aged 20-45 with neck pain and rounded shoulders will participate in 8 weeks of treatment, three times per week.
