Summary
This study looks at whether teaching kids with ADHD to eat fewer ultra-processed foods (like chips and sugary snacks) can improve their thinking skills. About 154 children aged 10-15 will take weekly online nutrition classes for 12 weeks. Researchers will compare their cognitive test results to a group that doesn't get the classes.
