Summary
This study tested the drug upadacitinib in 27 adults with Behcet's syndrome that did not improve with standard treatments. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce symptoms and prevent new disease activity. Results showed that many patients experienced improvement, but the drug is not a cure and long-term management is still needed.
