Summary
This study tested the drug upadacitinib in 27 adults with Behcet's syndrome that did not improve with standard treatments. The goal was to see if the drug could control symptoms like skin, eye, and blood vessel problems. Results showed that many participants had their symptoms resolve without new issues by week 24, suggesting upadacitinib may be a helpful option for managing this condition.
