Sleep disorder study seeks to uncover hidden struggles of patients and caregivers

Summary
This study aims to learn about the challenges and needs of people with isolated REM sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) and their loved ones. iRBD causes people to act out their dreams during sleep and may be an early sign of brain diseases. Researchers will ask 150 patients and their caregivers to fill out online surveys about their emotional well-being, access to information, and support needs. The goal is to improve care and resources for those affected.
