First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 04, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug, prifetrastat, combined with fulvestrant for people with advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy and CDK4/6 inhibitors. About 51 participants will receive the combination to see if it can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, as ongoing treatment is needed.
