Free therapy groups tested to help struggling university students cope
NCT ID NCT07096141
Summary
This study is testing whether a culturally adapted group therapy program can help Turkish university students better manage their emotions and improve their mental wellbeing. The program consists of 8 group sessions based on proven therapy techniques, tailored specifically for the local student population. Researchers will measure changes in emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, and overall functioning to see if this free, accessible support is effective and feasible to offer through university counseling services.
