One shot for all flu? early trial tests universal vaccine
NCT ID NCT05901636
Summary
This study was the first to test a new 'universal' flu vaccine candidate in people. The main goal was to check if the vaccine was safe and caused acceptable side effects in 170 healthy adults. Researchers also measured if the vaccine triggered an immune response that could protect against many flu strains, not just one.
