Summary

This study looked at 129 teens aged 12 to 18 with substance use disorders to find out what parts of treatment help them the most. The goal was to identify key factors that lead to lasting improvement, so future treatments can focus on what really works. Participants were followed for up to a year with urine tests and behavior checklists.
