Summary
This study aims to better understand how blood flows and oxygen is used in the legs of people with peripheral artery disease (PAD). Researchers will use a special light device to measure muscle oxygen levels and see how these factors affect walking ability and quality of life. The study involves 120 adults with and without PAD, and includes walking tests, activity monitors, and MRI scans.
