Summary
This study looks at a lung infection called NTM (nontuberculous mycobacteria) that is hard to diagnose and treat. Researchers will review medical records of 1,500 patients and collect samples from about 100 current patients to understand how the immune system responds. The goal is to help doctors in South China better diagnose and manage this disease. No new drugs or treatments are being tested.
