This study in Guinea will follow about 992 people to learn how long the mpox virus stays in the body after infection, how it spreads from person to person, and how well the MVA-BN vaccine protects against the disease. Researchers will test patients and their close contacts over two months. The goal is to provide clear information to help control mpox outbreaks in West Africa.
