Summary

This study aims to understand why some people without diabetes experience dangerously low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Researchers will compare three groups: people with hypoglycemia who have had upper gastrointestinal surgery, those with hypoglycemia who have not had such surgery, and healthy controls. They will analyze medical history, genetics, and gut bacteria to find possible causes.
