Summary
This study aims to better understand why people develop a specific type of heart failure where the heart muscle is stiff. Researchers will observe 1,250 patients at a specialist clinic over five years, collecting health information and optional blood samples. The goal is to identify different patterns of the disease to guide the development of future, more personalized treatments.
