First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study surveys healthcare workers in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to understand how they care for older adults (65+) who take blood thinners and have a fall with a head injury but no symptoms. The goal is to map current care pathways and identify challenges, so that future care can be better coordinated and reduce unnecessary hospital visits. About 1,000 NHS staff will participate.
