Summary
This observational study aims to understand why some advanced prostate cancers become resistant to hormone therapy. Researchers will collect tumor samples from 30 patients before and during treatment to look for changes in immune cells and cancer markers. The goal is to find early signs of drug resistance and identify new targets for future treatments.
