First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests a web-based animated story (scrollytelling) to help adults understand why public health guidelines change. About 525 people will be split into three groups: one sees a story about nutrition advice changes, another about infectious disease guidelines, and a third sees nothing. The goal is to see if the tool reduces distrust in experts and improves understanding of how science evolves.
