Summary
This study looks at how people with anorexia nervosa perceive their bodies and whether improving body awareness can reduce body image distress. About 102 participants will try either floatation therapy or watch videos, both combined with mindfulness training. The goal is to understand the link between body signals and body image to guide future treatments.
