Summary
This study tests different drug combinations for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer who haven't had treatment yet. Depending on specific markers in their tumor, participants receive one of three targeted therapies added to standard chemo-immunotherapy. The goal is to see if these personalized approaches can help control the disease longer.
