Could cord blood help women build a healthier womb?
NCT ID NCT05095597
Summary
This study tested if a special plasma made from umbilical cord blood could help thicken and repair the uterine lining in women with conditions like thin endometrium or Asherman's syndrome. The goal was to see if this treatment could better prepare the uterus for embryo transfer during fertility treatments. The trial also included a small group of women with premature ovarian failure to learn more about how the treatment works.
