Summary

This study tests whether infusing umbilical cord blood can safely help elderly patients (ages 60-80) with MDS or AML recover from bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy. The treatment aims to improve blood cell counts and reduce complications like bleeding and infection. Thirty participants will receive the infusion and be monitored closely for safety and effectiveness.
