Summary
This study aims to understand if adding umami (a savory taste) to meals, or lowering the energy density of foods, affects how much people eat over two weeks. It will involve 33 healthy adults trying three different diets in a random order. Researchers will measure daily food intake, appetite, cravings, and feelings of satisfaction to see if these dietary changes can help manage eating habits.
