First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests a new ultra-high-pressure balloon designed to widen narrowed areas in dialysis fistulas, which are blood vessels used for kidney dialysis. About 35 people with blocked or narrowed fistulas will receive this balloon treatment. The goal is to see if the balloon can safely restore blood flow so dialysis can work properly again.
