Summary

This study tested whether adding ultrasound or whole-body vibration to regular stretching helps children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy improve knee movement and daily function. Sixty children aged 4 to 6 years took part. The goal was to see which extra therapy works best for increasing knee flexibility and motor skills.
