Ultrasound-Guided injection may improve pain control for broken wrist treatment

Summary

This study tests whether using ultrasound to guide a numbing injection (hematoma block) works better than the traditional method without ultrasound for people with a broken wrist. About 115 adults in the emergency department will take part. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain relief during the procedure to realign the bone.
