Summary

This study looked at whether ultrasound therapy can help people with iliotibial band syndrome, a common cause of knee pain. 75 adults aged 45-60 received 15 treatment sessions combining exercise with either continuous or intermittent ultrasound. Researchers measured pain, function, and quality of life right after treatment and again 3 months later.
