NCT ID NCT07209995
Summary
This study aims to find which of two ultrasound-guided nerve block techniques provides better and longer-lasting pain relief for obese patients having elbow surgery. Researchers will compare a newer 'retroclavicular' approach with the standard 'axillary' approach in 90 patients. They will measure how long pain relief lasts, how much pain medication is needed afterward, and the safety of each method.
