New injection technique aims to target accident back pain

NCT ID NCT07126951

Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether using ultrasound to guide special injections helps reduce acute low back pain after car accidents. 40 hospitalized patients will be randomly assigned to receive either standard Korean medicine treatments alone, or those same treatments plus the ultrasound-guided injections. The main goal is to see if the guided injections provide better pain relief and improve movement compared to standard care alone.
