First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested a gentle hands-on technique called SNAG applied to the neck and upper back in 60 adults with chronic medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow). The goal was to see if it could reduce pain, improve arm function and grip strength, and even change ultrasound signs like blood flow and tendon damage. Results suggest this approach may offer added relief when combined with standard care.
