Summary
This study compares Botox injections guided by ultrasound versus standard injections (using body landmarks) for people with cervical dystonia, a condition causing neck muscle spasms and pain. About 100 adults will receive both types of injections at different times to see which improves quality of life more. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to deliver treatment.
