Summary
This study compares two ultrasound-guided nerve block methods for adults having surgery on the lower arm, wrist, or hand. The goal is to see which approach provides faster numbness and muscle relaxation. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques, and the time to full block will be measured.
