Seeing your muscles move: new ultrasound method aims to ease common shoulder pain
NCT ID NCT07464639
Summary
This study is testing a new training method for people with shoulder pain. It compares using real-time ultrasound images to help people see and activate their shoulder muscles against standard physical therapy instructions. Researchers want to see if this visual feedback helps people use their muscles better during everyday arm movements and creates more space in the shoulder joint to reduce pain.
