Quick ultrasound zap tested for instant neck pain relief

Summary
This study is testing whether one 10-minute session of therapeutic ultrasound can provide immediate relief from neck pain and muscle stiffness. 24 adults with neck pain will be randomly assigned to receive either real ultrasound or a fake (sham) treatment that feels the same. Researchers will measure stiffness and pain levels right before and after the session to see if the real treatment works better.
