Summary
This study is testing whether focused ultrasound can safely reduce seizures in people with epilepsy that doesn't respond to medications. Doctors will use MRI-guided sound waves to target specific brain areas in 20 adult patients. The main goals are to check if the procedure is safe and to find the best ultrasound settings to help control seizures.
