Summary
This study tested whether giving pregnant women extra ultrasounds and health education during checkups could lower the number of unnecessary C-sections in Bangladesh. About 288 pregnant women took part, with some getting the extra care and others receiving standard care. The goal was to see if more information and monitoring would encourage safer, natural deliveries.
