Summary
This study tested a combination of ultrasonic cleaning and light therapy for severe bedsores (stage 3 or 4) in 118 patients aged 55 and older. The goal was to see if this approach could fully heal wounds and reduce pain during dressing changes. Results suggest the combined treatment improves healing and overall well-being compared to standard care.
