Summary
This study aims to find out if eating a lot of ultra-processed foods (like packaged snacks, sugary drinks, and ready meals) increases a person's risk for cavities and gum disease. Researchers will observe 200 adults, checking their oral health and asking detailed questions about their diet. The goal is to gather information to better understand how modern eating habits impact dental health.
