Summary

This study looks at whether reducing ultra-processed foods (like chips and sugary snacks) can improve thinking skills in children aged 10-15 with attention difficulties or ADHD. Participants will attend weekly online nutrition classes for 12 weeks to learn how to swap processed foods for whole foods. The goal is to see if these diet changes lead to better cognitive function.
