Low-Dose radiation may boost targeted therapy for tough lymphoma

NCT ID NCT04054167

First seen Dec 23, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving very low doses of radiation before or after chemotherapy-free targeted therapy can help control mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. About 80 adults with this type of lymphoma will receive ultra low dose radiation, which has fewer side effects than standard radiation. The main goal is to see if tumors shrink within the radiated area three months after treatment.
