First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests a two-step treatment for adults with early-stage MALT lymphoma, a slow-growing cancer. First, patients get a very low dose of radiation over two days, then take a daily pill called orelabrutinib for up to 6 months. The goal is to control the disease while avoiding harsh side effects like dry mouth or cataracts from standard radiation. About 60 people will join this phase 2 trial to see if the approach is safe and effective.
