NCT ID NCT05650411
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study compares a new ultra-thin drug-coated stent plus a short course of two blood thinners followed by one blood thinner, versus the standard longer dual blood thinner therapy, in about 828 people with left main coronary artery disease. The goal is to see if the new approach reduces bleeding while still protecting against heart attacks and the need for repeat procedures. Participants must have already received the new stent successfully.
