Doctors map healthy nerves to spot problems sooner
NCT ID NCT03209947
Summary
This study aimed to establish what a normal ulnar nerve looks like on ultrasound at the elbow in people without nerve problems. Researchers measured the nerve size in 50 healthy volunteers to create a reliable baseline for comparison. The goal is to help doctors better identify abnormal nerves in patients with ulnar neuropathy in the future.
