Summary
This study is surveying UK trainee doctors to understand their perceptions of orthopaedic surgery as a career. Researchers want to know how doctors view the specialty's inclusivity, work-life balance, and whether they'd consider it as a career path. The anonymous online survey will compare views between doctors who have worked in orthopaedics and those who haven't.
