Liquid cancer treatment could spare patients surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a liquid medication called UGN-104 can effectively treat low-grade cancer in the upper part of the urinary system (kidneys and ureters). About 70 patients will receive the treatment, which is delivered directly to the cancer site through a catheter once a week for six weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment completely clears the cancer and how long that response lasts, potentially offering a non-surgical option.
