Summary

This study looked at the long-term safety of a drug called udenafil in teenagers who have a rare heart condition where one side of the heart is not fully formed. The teens had already had a special surgery called the Fontan procedure. The study lasted 12 months and included 301 participants. The main goal was to see if taking udenafil for a long time is safe and to check for any side effects.
