Summary
This study tested a new medicine called UCB1381 in healthy people and those with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). The goal was to see if it is safe and if it can improve skin symptoms like redness and itching. 273 participants took part, and the drug was given as an injection or IV. The results will help decide if larger studies are needed.
